COVID Solutions
At Daniel’s Plumbing & Air Conditioning, we understand that the current COVID-19 pandemic can make you feel nervous about calling in a plumbing or HVAC professional, no matter how much you need one. We have implemented the following processes and procedures to help keep both our customers and our employees safe.
Masks & Booties
Our employees will wear a mask anytime they are approaching your home, inside your home, or interacting with you outside. When inside your house, they will wear protective booties to avoid spreading germs with their feet.
Hand Washing & Cleaning
Our employees will wash their hands with soap for at least 20 seconds frequently. When they cannot do this (if, for instance, they have to turn your water off to complete a plumbing repair), they will use hand sanitizer regularly.
Limited Physical Contact
Our employees will avoid handshakes and other physical contact. In fact, they will attempt to give you at least 6 feet of space unless something about your particular repair does not allow them to do so. If they need to be closer than 6 feet to you to show you something or explain a problem or repair, they will maintain closer proximity for as short a time as possible.
Contactless Payments
We offer contactless payment options so that no credit cards, cash, pens, or papers have to exchange hands. Pay for your services without worrying about virus transmission.
Virtual Appointments
Some problems can be resolved over the phone or you can send us a photo of a broken part. We will still need to visit your home to make the repair, but you can limit contact on a number of issues by making the first visit virtual. Call us to find out more today.
Stay safe and keep your home running well at the same time! Reach out to us at Daniel’s Plumbing & Air Conditioning today to find out more.
